Great shower and bathroom facilities, and the room had effective air conditioning. The breakfast had a good selection and was served in the room. The hotel is located close to a popular attraction and it was easy to rent bikes from the friendly and helpful staff.
The lack of storage space made the already small room feel cluttered and cramped. The service was not up to par; we had to deal with maintenance works late into the night, and the cancellation policy for breakfast was not well explained and led to an unpleasant discussion. Additionally, the pricing was much higher than advertised. we were disappointed by the gap between the expensive price and lackluster service and amenities.

The hotel location was convenient for my business trip, with easy access to public transportation and a nearby grocery store. The traditional Japanese house was a unique and beautiful experience, with clean and well-kept facilities. the friendly staff made my stay more comfortable and enjoyable.
The lack of a common area or kitchen was inconvenient, as I felt somewhat confined to my small room. the shared toilets and bathing areas were not always maintained properly by other guests.
